Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver fresh flowers across the United States and want every arrangement to arrive on time and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Some remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options or longer transit times. If we cannot deliver to your address, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

2. Processing & Cut-Off Times

Orders are prepared fresh to order. To receive same-day or next-day service, please order before our daily cut-off time:

3. Delivery Times

Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but we'll always do our best to honor any special timing requests. Deliveries to businesses are made during business hours; deliveries to hospitals and event venues follow each location's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping and delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and service selected. Any applicable fees will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we'll send a confirmation and tracking details (where available) to the email address on your order. If you don't receive an update, check your spam folder or contact us at info@flowerlove.us.

6. Accurate Delivery Information

Please double-check the recipient's name, address, and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable, our courier may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe place at the delivery address
  • Leave them with a neighbor or building reception
  • Attempt redelivery (additional fees may apply)

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no available recipient, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

8. Delays

While we plan carefully, some events are beyond our control — severe weather, natural disasters, courier disruptions, or peak holiday demand (such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day). We'll keep you informed and do everything we can to deliver as scheduled.

9. Care on Arrival

Your flowers arrive hydrated and ready to enjoy. For the longest life, trim the stems, place them in fresh water with the included flower food, and keep them out of direct sunlight and heat. Care instructions are included with every arrangement.
