Because fresh flowers are perishable, our return policy works a little differently from a typical store. We stand behind every arrangement with a freshness guarantee โ here's exactly how it works.
๐ธ Our Freshness Guarantee
We want every bloom to arrive beautiful and last. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
1. Perishable Goods
Fresh flowers and live plants are perishable items and, for quality and hygiene reasons, generally cannot be returned once delivered. Instead, our freshness guarantee protects you if something goes wrong with your order.
2. When You're Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or in poor condition
- The wrong item or arrangement was delivered
- The order was not delivered on the selected delivery date
- The arrangement differs substantially from what was ordered
3. What's Not Covered
- Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery because no one was available to receive the order (where a signature is required)
- Natural wilting after the guaranteed freshness window with normal care
- Change of mind after an order has been prepared or shipped
4. How to Report an Issue
- Email info@flowerlove.us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
- Attach a clear photo of the flowers as received (this helps us resolve it fast).
- Our team will review and respond โ usually within 1โ2 business days.
5. Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5โ10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll always email you when a refund is processed.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible:
- Before preparation/dispatch: Full cancellation or change is usually possible.
- After preparation or dispatch: We may not be able to cancel, as flowers are prepared fresh to order.
Requests to change the delivery date or address should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
