Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Greenleaf Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The plant arrives damaged, broken, or in poor condition upon delivery.

  • The plant does not match the type or variety you ordered.

  • Any other serious issue where the product is not usable or does not meet basic quality standards.

⚠️ Please note: Plants are living products and may show slight variations in size, colour, or shape. Such natural differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

Return Costs

  • Return cost is free if the reason for return is damage, wrong delivery, or plant health issue caused during shipping.

  • For other valid cases, Green Leaf Store will also arrange pickup or replacement at no extra cost within Pakistan.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned plant(s).

  • Customers can choose between:

    • Full refund (credited back to the original payment method), or

    • Plant replacement of equal value.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable):

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 to 10 business days after delivery
  • Books or printed materials with visible signs of use

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, recheck your bank account
  • Then, contact your credit card company it may take time to officially post
  • Next, check with your bank processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info.greenleafstore@gmail.com and send the item to our address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift voucher via email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
