All plant orders are carefully packed and shipped via trusted local courier partners to ensure freshness and safety. We use special plant-friendly packaging to protect delicate leaves and roots during transit. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

This is the estimated delivery time provided by the courier based on service level and your location. While we aim to deliver within that window, weather, route changes, or courier volume may cause slight delays especially with live plants.

For addresses within USA, most plant orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer. We currently do not ship live plants internationally due to customs restrictions and plant safety concerns.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time.

Some plants or accessories are fragile, soil-based, or moisture-sensitive, and may not meet courier or city-specific transport regulations. We prioritize your plant’s health, so we restrict shipping for certain items that might not survive long transit.
